WE ARE 15!
19 April 2024
Recently we celebrated our 15th Anniversary, which is a very important milestone for us. Looking back, our Office went through a long improvement until the formation of our present profile: providing legal support in domestic and international commercial law issues and helping our clients doing business in Hungary.
Over the past 15 years, we have been fortunate to develop good cooperation with our clients and partners, a significant part of which is still ongoing. The development of our Clients contributes to the improvement of our knowledge, so our work is never monotonous.
We are also glad that the Office managed to build a strong and cohesive team, where development and success are a common interest. We also celebrate the successful long-term cooperation with dr. Katalin Melegh and dr. Márk Csanádi attorneys at law, with whom we form the SMC Partners Law Firm Association.
With regard to the strong cooperation, our Office invited the representatives of our Clients and Partners to a reception at the Radisson Blu Béke Hotel in order to celebrate this great moment together.
The evening was spent in a pleasant atmosphere, and hereby we would like to thank all our Clients and Partners for attending the event, and the great music provided by Modern Music Session band, and the high quality service of the Radisson Blu Béke Hotel.
We hope that we will have an eventful period in the future similar to the past 15 years, and we can celebrate our 20th Anniversary together with our long-term and new clients in an environment as pleasant as at the last reception.

SETTING ASIDE ARBITRAL AWARDS IN HUNGARY
Given that there is no right of appeal in arbitration proceedings, it is important to be aware of what other legal remedies are available to you against an arbitral award.
